Founder, Managing Attorney

Jennifer C. Bade, Esq.

Jennifer has worked nonstop to take care of her clients every step of the way. She is the firm’s founder and managing attorney, focusing her law practice on Immigration law (family based and removal defense with the immigration court).
She has invested years of education and hard work to bring unification, security, and hope to immigrant families in the U.S. and across the world. She graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her B.A., and holds a J.D. from New England Law | Boston. During law school, Jennifer served as the President of the Immigration Law Association, was a member of the Dean’s list, and graduated with an Immigration Law Certification. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Jennifer also has years of experience as a licensed associate in finance and uses her financial acumen to help clients of every economic status find the payment plans that fit their unique situation.

Steven Asher, Esq.

Of Counsel

Attorney Asher has over 40 years of legal experience, including practicing international, corporate, and financial law in both the public and private sectors. Attorney Asher has also served as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of State.
Since 2016, Attorney Asher has dedicated himself to the pro bono representation of immigrants in need of special relief, such as asylum, special immigrant juveniles, and battered spouses.
Attorney Asher continues to fight relentlessly and successfully for the rights and the safety of refugees, children, and battered spouses. He holds a J.D. from Columbia University and an A.B. from Harvard University. Attorney Asher is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court (D. Mass.).

Melissa Rodriguez, Esq.

Associate Attorney

Attorney Melissa Rodriguez is a bilingual advocate, proficient in both Spanish and English, committed to helping you achieve your immigration goals. Practicing immigration law since graduating from New England Law | Boston in 2022, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
Her journey in law started as a prominent member of the New England Law Review and various clinics and internships focused on immigration law, where she earned a Certificate in Immigration Law from New England Law. What truly sets Attorney Rodriguez apart is her personal connection to the immigrant experience, having navigated the immigration system when her family migrated from El Salvador.
This personal touch fuels her unwavering dedication to serving clients with compassion, ensuring every immigration journey is a success.

Naila Lauzurique

She is a student at New England Law | Boston, and her enthusiasm for immigration matters shines through in her work. With a solid foundation in immigration law through the completion of required courses for an Immigration Law Certificate, she supports our clients and attorneys in navigating the complexities of the legal process.
